Those who sign up to our courses will be able to experience a realistic work environment gaining hands-on practical skills. We work on soft skills to help improve confidence, perseverance and wellbeing investing in young peoples’ future.
Crucially, we can help encourage and nurture young people towards a career in construction addressing the skills shortage. We work closely with schools, colleges and the constructions industry to establish pathways into employment.
We help young people try various plumbing and electrical activities and learn new skills at a pace that suits them.
